Why we're taking part
My brother and I lost our mum after a sudden heart attack in April 2024.
Navigating through this grief both individually and as a family has been the most difficult experience of our lives, and organisations such as Motherless Daughters have made a huge impact on the way we view and cope with grief.
I am eternally grateful for the support and care that the Motherless Daughters community has shown me over this last year, and I owe everything to them.
My brother Mitchell, my fiancé Wilhelm and best friend Wren will be participating in this walk with me.
